Through an idealized utopia, Son Woo-jung brings those she has loved back to life—not as beings confined to memory, but as living presences who remain by her side even now. Kim Eun-joo transforms the traces and wounds left by relationships into red threads, trees, stars, and landscapes, depicting a world of life that continues to grow and flourish despite the inevitability of separation and disappearance. In the works of both artists, loss is not an ending, but the beginning of another form of relationship.
